Smoky salmon and tomato rillettes

150g smoked salmon, skin removed and broken into pieces
120g cream cheese (or 60g cream cheese, 60g crème fraiche)
2 tbsp finely chopped chives
1 tbsp finely chopped dill
¼ tsp fine sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl using a fork or a stiff whisk. Mix until you have a paste with still some bigger chunks. 
2. Sprinkle with chives and serve as a dip or in a sandwich
3. Sit back and enjoy everyone's smile after they've tasted that goodness :)
